We already have a broker or supplier we like. How is this different?
We're not here to replace good relationships. We act as an outsourced Energy Strategy Team over
the top of your existing suppliers and brokers. You get a portfolio-wide view, a documented
procurement and protection strategy, and clear ownership of energy risk. Your broker can still
execute, but now they're working against a structured plan instead of one-off renewals.
We don't have time for another project. What will this take from us?
The Control Review is designed to be light on your team and heavy on ours. You provide an
executive sponsor, someone to share bills, contracts, and basic site data, and attend a couple
of working sessions. We handle the data normalization, analysis, and strategy design, then
present clear findings and recommendations so you can make fast, informed decisions.
What's the catch if the Control Review is free?
There is no hidden catch. Phases 1-3 (Portfolio Clarity, Risk & Cost Exposure Analysis,
Procurement & Protection Strategy) are delivered at no fee. We only earn if, after seeing
your Control Report and strategy, you choose to engage us for procurement, optimization, or
project work. If we don't demonstrate meaningful risk or opportunity, you simply don't move
forward.
We've been burned by brokers before. Why should we trust this?
Most bad experiences come from misaligned incentives and lack of transparency. We address that by
charging no upfront fee for the Control Review, giving you documentation you keep regardless of
your decision, operating under a Control Guarantee tied to finding real risk or opportunity, and
working directly with an executive sponsor so there is visibility and governance around every
recommendation.
How do I know if we're a fit for the Energy Control Program?
You're a fit if you operate in deregulated markets, spend at least $150,000 per year on
electricity and/or natural gas, and have 2+ locations or a single high-usage site. You must be
willing to provide complete bills, contracts, and usage data for every meter and supplier and
have an engaged leader in operations, finance, or ownership who will sign off on strategy. If
you're just shopping for the cheapest short-term rate or treat energy as a background bill, this
is not the right program.
